Finally!! We have a Flood Doctor in Loudoun County! I live in a flood zone and my house has probably been flooded 7 times in the past 15 years. In the beginning I used ServPro a few times until one time they were too busy so I looked around and found Flood Doctor. They didn't have a location here so I would use call their Arlington location. I've come to learn that when dealing with water damage, every minute counts. It makes the difference between cleaning and drying your carpeting, vs having to rip it all out and throw it away. Even though they were about about an hour away, they would always come when I called and never once missed an appointment window. I've used them 4 times now and the way our weather patterns are going, seems that I will be using them more and more during storm season. If you need water cleaned and dried from your home give flood doctor a call! they're at the top of their game.

I've used Servpro in the past and intended to use them again this time when we had some water damage in our home. After being rescheduled on 2 times in 2 days I decided to look for another company. Found Flood Doctor online and called them, they were at my home in less than an hour and started working immediately. Courteous and professional staff, they really went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule. Much better experience dealing with flood doctor than servpro. I highly recommend using flood doctor over the other national companies. They are local and don't treat their customers like just another number on a list they have to get through. All the techs made sure to answer everyone of our questions and spend as much time working as they thought was needed. We never felt like they were rushing to get to the next job.
